Option 1: Upload an Incident Report
If you have already obtained an incident report, you can upload it for our team to review here. We will then contact you using the details you provide to guide you through the next steps.
Option 2: Fill in a Claim Notification Form
If you don’t have an incident report, you can select a claim type from below and complete a claim notification form to notify our team.
Marine Claim
For boats, ships, or cargo in transit. (Includes Commercial Hull, Marine Cargo/Transit, and Leisure Craft.)
